Cardi B is pregnant with baby No. 3 as she is set to divorce Offset.
The "Bodak Yellow" hitmaker announced her pregnancy the same day news surfaced that she had filed to divorce her husband, an alum of the rap trio Migos. She shared she was expecting her third child via Instagram.
"With every ending comes a new beginning! I am so grateful to have shared this season with you, you have brought me more love, more life and most of all renewed my power! Reminded me that I can have it all! You’ve reminded me that I never have to choose between life, love, and my passion!" she wrote.
She continued: "love you so much and can not wait for you to witness what you helped me accomplish, what you pushed me to do! It’s so much easier taking life’s twists, turns and test laying down, but you, your brother and your sister have shown me why it’s worth it to push through!"
A representative for the "WAP" rapper, 31, confirmed Thursday that she had filed for divorce from her husband of seven years. The news was first reported by Page Six.

Cardi B and Offset have had an on-again, off-again relationship since marrying in 2017. In an Instagram live in December, Cardi B confirmed that she and Offset had split and that she had been "single for a minute now." She appeared to be responding to rumors that Offset cheated on her, which he denied.
"I just don't know how to tell the world," Cardi B said in her Instagram live. "But I feel like today has been a sign. The last time I got on Live I kind of wanted to tell you guys, but I didn't know how to tell you, so I changed my mind. But it has been like this for a minute now."
She continued, "I wanna start 2024, like, fresh, open. I don't know. I'm curious for a new life, for a new beginning. And yeah, I'm excited."
Cardi B previously filed for divorce from Offset in September 2020.
"I'm OK," she told fans on Instagram at the time. "I want to let y'all know I have not shed not one tear."
A month later, she confirmed that she and Offset were together again. They welcomed a second child together, Wave, in 2021. They also share daughter Kulture, whom they welcomed in 2018.
In an interview with Rolling Stone published in May, Cardi B said that she and Offset "do love each other."
"It's not even about love," she said. "We're best friends. And it's like, 'OK. Well, there was a time that I didn't have a best friend, or I didn't have a support system.' It’s not even about 'How do you leave a partner?' How do you stop talking to your best friend?"
